Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions & trials

Company Base OS is a software subscription. If your plan includes a trial, you are charged the stated trial amount today and your membership renews at the regular price at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The price and billing frequency are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@companybaseos.com. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew again. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review your account for a refund of that charge. Because access to the platform is delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case at our discretion. Trial fees are generally non-refundable since they unlock full access right away, but we will always look at your situation fairly.
