Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Every Company Base OS purchase is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund that payment in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@companybaseos.com with the email address you used at checkout. That's all we need. If your order was processed by Paddle, you can also request a refund directly at paddle.net or through the link in your receipt.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Trials and subscriptions

If your plan starts with a trial (for example, $7 for 7 days), you are charged the trial amount today and your plan renews at its regular price when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then. Every payment, including the trial and each renewal, is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@companybaseos.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. There are no cancellation fees.
